The Edge building is a luxury rental in the downtown of Fort Lauderdale. The outdoor amenities where spread into three different areas including two courtyards  located in the NE corner as a private use for residents, a centered area including the fountain for a semi-public use for visitors and a pool deck with a pavilion, finally a trellised Bar B-Que areas surround the pool for the enjoyment of residents. An additional area of dog park for pet lovers also included a pavilion with showers and the fenced park covered several features for pet recreation. Cladding stone was included in the hardscape to match with buildings.

My work on this project started from construction documents phase including hardscape details and planting plan modifications thru permitting and construction administration and completion. Project was completed in 2013
