Sofa Delray Building is a multi-family luxury rental with outdoor amenities on the second floor including a spa area, a shallow water pool, outdoor kitchens, outdoor living and a bar through. The areas where divided using aluminum bougainvillea structures in planters with different shapes that are centered on the deck to allow circulation around the perimeters. The landscape is a colorful variety of tropical plants that provide comfort to the eye from the inside of the building and provide privacy for the outdoor users. The team effort allowed us to light up the deck at night for extended uses through the night.

My work on this project started from design development thru construction documents, permitting and construction administration. Project was completed in 2015
