Sofa Delray Building is a luxury rental development with amenities surrounding a pool area deck with two additional spa for relaxation, synthetic turf open areas that can accommodate a variety of open door activities. The secondary courtyard areas provide more private amenities for outdoor activities in the outdoor kitchens  with wood cladded walls that divide spaces allowing for TV rooms and reading areas.

As a design team, we worked on the division of spaces with the cladded wood walls hiding TV screens with folding doors to protect them from weather. The outdoor kitchens are very comfortable areas on a long space for cooking equipped with electric grills, under counter ice makers and refrigerators. The proposed lighting allows night users to enjoy space in a different environment.
