Pembroke Pines City Center is a multifamily project in south Florida. The landscape is a colorful variety of tropical plants that complement the Architecture of the buildings and provide relaxation for the outdoor users. As a team, we worked the amenity areas to provide a  variety of spaces that allow the enjoinment of the warm weather of Florida providing an atmosphere of resort like with an organic shape on the pool  and the surrounding areas. Additionally to this, two more amenity areas were worked to generate spaces for open activities with Bar B-Que, pavilions, bocce  court and tennis court for active recreation.

It was a  great experience to be  part of the team on this project assisting on the design development, construction documents and construction administration of all amenities, entrance and monument sign.
