Griffin Residence patio improvements were implemented as a response to the client needs for an open patio to become a space to share and to be used all year long. The design includes a new composite deck for  the existing  outdoor dining, a fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and seating areas for gathering people. The composition achieved the grouping of the amenities with a circular composition linked with  the paving pattern and positioning the fire pit on the c enter of the paving deck. All the mechanical equipment and private shower, were enclosed with a horizontal lattice made out of composite wood to give a more smooth finish to the enclosure walls.

My design included he construction documents and construction administration thru the project completion.
